The workshops are designed for anyone who are in a committed relationship. Whether you are dating, engaged, newly married or have been married for several years, our workshops will help you foster your relationship and grow a deeper understanding of what is needed in order to maintain a healthy relationship.
Seven Principles of Making a Marriage Workshop
Developed by Dr. John Gottman
This workshop is designed for ALL couples in a committed relationship. You do not need to be married. If you have a strong desire to increase your relationship, this workshop will provide you with insights and tools to foster further closeness, friendship, and trust. If your relationship is distressed, this workshop will provide you with a greater understanding of your relationship and a road map for repair.

This workshop is designed to strengthen your relationship. This workshop will provide tools for strong relationships and a road map for relationships that are in distress.
By registering you will be receiving the online Couples manual, plus additional materials to support your relationship.
Learn how to build fondness, admiration, and closeness in your relationship. Once you are familiar with these concepts, you will work on conflict management while learning new and important communication skills. Couples work privately on exercises designed to address the challenges in real-life relationships. While the nature of this workshop is psycho-educational, all information gathered from couples will be kept absolutely confidential. There is no group work or public disclosure.

Our curriculum is developed from 40 years of research with more than 3,000 couples. It’s grounded on what actually works in relationships that are happy and stable, not idealistic notions or anecdotal evidence of what a relationship should be.
You and your partner will learn how to foster respect, affection, and closeness in your relationship. You will build and share a deeper connection with each other.
You’ll learn how to keep conflict discussions calm, how to break through conflicted gridlock, and how to strengthen and maintain the gains in your relationship.
